SEE IT TO BELIEVE IT

We worked with Semi Permanent and Director Charlotte Mars to showcase stories from inspirational friends living, creating and defining their own normal. We’ve lovingly called this series Normal People.

Our dear friend Jono’s journey to where he is today has been anything but normal but to him, it is.

He is a commercial photographer, filmmaker and explorer who has lived in the Middle East and South East Asia before settling in the Northern Rivers district of New South Wales, Australia. After a life-changing surfing accident created an inflection point of renewed self-discovery, his sense of adventure and ambitious frames took on new meaning for the role a camera can play in seeing the world. His view on life is much like his view on photography, it is more about the people, the places and the times you have along the way, the photo is just the trigger for these memories.
